Today for you I have a stunning purple polish. W7 - Purple Paradise. Esther @ Fabfingertips mentioned this a couple of weeks back in one of my posts so I thought I would swatch it for you all to see its glorious glow.
Simply stunning. The application was really good on this one. Esther mentioned what good quality this is, and I totally agree with her. Still a smelly formula but that's what you get when a brand isn't big 3 free. This is 3 coats. Purple Paradise is purple based jelly containing what I can only describe as a 'pink glow'. Price? £1.99. I ordered this online from here plus shipping was included.
Don't forget to check out Esther's Blog Fabfingertips as she is totally fabulous!! and the fact I can drool over her Models Own Beetlejuice collection until I get mine :-)
Take care
Tee Dee xx
Again a great shade! I keep loving these w7 you're showing us. If only I wasn't so bad about smelling, but it gives me instant migraine unfortunately :(
ReplyDelete@Simona Thanks :-) Shame your sensitive, but it's a good thing your body knows bad chemicals.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely stunning! It has that glowy quality that I love in dark, shimmer colors. I always love seeing what polishes you guys have in England that we don't have here in the U.S. So what if I plan my vacation destinations based on where the best polish is? ;-)
ReplyDeleteYou're killing me with all these W7 swatches, lol! I need like a million of them now;)
ReplyDeleteOK, so I'm pursuaded - I have put in an order for this and three of the Metallic Planets you showed us recently! I have tried one W7 polish before (Envy) which I liked (formula, and colour) and I didn't note it smelling particularly bad - I do remember trying to layer another cheapo polish over it which stank to high heaven! That one I won't ever use again!
ReplyDeleteI've never been tempted to try W7 polishes- until now! This shade is gorgeous and really looks unique
ReplyDelete*drool* lovely
ReplyDeleteWOW, its a spectacular purple
ReplyDeleteStunning shade! :) I don't actually own any W7 colours just a couple of the shatters. Think that may change soon!
ReplyDeleteThought I posted this earlier, but it seemed to disappear... You habe tempted me into a W7 order. This and three of the Metallic Planets. I (like you) can't get enough of duochrome goodness!
ReplyDeleteOh - I see it says the comment needs to be aproved first - sorry for any duplication! Is this a new thing or did I just fail to notice before?
ReplyDeleteThis is purple perfection <3
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone! This is a goodun :-)
ReplyDelete@Andy, Hope you like them, they are quite cheap and the colours are unique. I've always had the approval for comments, I'm not sure how to switch it off though? :-S
Thankyou for mention Tee-Dee, sorry this comment a bit late! I can also confirm to everyone that W7 Purple Paradise is an exact dupe for Nars Purple Rain, you do need an extra coat of W7 though, but still cheaper! I may have to do a comparison post!
ReplyDelete@Fab Fingertips Your welcome! I think a definately a comparison post is needed :-) x
ReplyDeleteArggh!! I may have been telling a bit of a porky, last time I checked it wasn't a sunny day, but I just did a quick photoshoot (!) and they are slightly different, but will get the results up asap. But for all intents and purposes it's the nearest you'll get if on a budget, & its enough to satisfy me, and I'm a fusspot!!
ReplyDeleteRight Tee-Dee and ladies, I have done the comparison post for you all:

Not exactly the same but similar!
I just bought this and after seeing your pictures i think i wont be waiting to use it lol, it looks pretty on you and i just hope it will on me too xx
ReplyDeleteJudging by your pics this looks similar to my CG Let's Groove.
ReplyDeleteThis is so beautiful! Wonderful swatch! :D
