Today I have for you another holo franken (hope your not sick of these). Let me tell you I have had so much fun with the spectraflair. It's like being a kid again playing with a chemistry set or being in science class. I'd been dreaming of a Khaki holo for quite some time, so I thought I would try and create one. This is my attempt.
It's not quite there is it? I'm a bit 'meh' over this. In theory this should be great, but it doesn't quite pack the punch I wanted to. It needs to be a deeper green. I'm going to have a search and see what other polishes I can throw in it. China Glaze - Westside Warrior might be an option. So name for this one is 'Mossy Meh'.
Recipe (approx)
10 drops Essie Sew Psyched
10 drops MUA - Shade 23
10 drops Me Me Me - Proud
5 drop Me Me Me - Patient
Rest Clear Polish
3 scoops Spectraflair
What holo franken would you make if you had the chance? I've also had an attempt at making a Pumpkin colour for Halloween. I'll get some swatched up soon to show you.
Thanks for reading!

Oooooooooh love it!! I agree a bit darker would look better :) what about a holo barbie pink? xx
ReplyDeleteI've created a pink, but not a barbie pink hmmmm options options :-)
ReplyDeleteI like it! I don't recall ever seeing a khaki green holo, very unique! Now that I think about it, I probably would have done the same thing as you, make a murky army green holo!
ReplyDeleteAww thanks! Green rocks right?! I was dying to make a kahki holo. I need it darker though, haven't a clue what polish to use. Dark greens ain't really around much over here :-S
ReplyDeleteI actually quite like it the way it is. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Karen :-) x
